My name is Gianni Cerio here at Real Broker LTD. ISpecialize in leveraging marketing assests and audiences to maximize my clients home value to prospective buyers.
 
In the past years I've watched many sellers struggle to sell their property for top dollar. 
 
What i've discovered is that the majority of listing agents are focused on photos, tours and scheduling showings. 
 
What's a surprise to most sellers is that these actions are totally commonplace, the REAL advantage is having better AUDIENCES rather than relying on simply MORE videos and images. 
 
Heres an example: I recently took over a listing where there was beautiful photos and the agent was a GREAT person. However, it did not sell. 
 
The owners were concerned as to why their home was sitting on the market. 
 
After implementing the proper strategies we were able to sell the home within a week. 
 
I'm not the highest volume agent in Windsor, nor am I the agent with the most business. Howver, I focus on being the most effective in delivering a fantastic experience. and HIGHLY probable outcome based off your goals.
